Yeah I won't lie I thought Vi-O-La and Viewros were both terrible names. So awkward on the tongue. Also I never paid much attention to the names in Dread haha. The ones in Prime 1/2/3 are all so short, pronounceable and memorable though

That’s a fair point. That one is more of a nitpick than anything, but I mean every planet you visit WAS inhabited by a sentient species, I assumed names were based on their own names for things(ie maybe the Chozo called it Phendrana/Magmoor). Why wouldn’t the Lamorn? I like my whimsy, dammit!

It’s mostly the constant interruptions while you’re exploring. They’re not bad when you’re with them, just when they call you CONSTANTLY. And this is true for multiple troopers. Easier to be immersed if you silence them while you’re exploring
