Last night, I did something I’ve never done before: I got a group of people from different generations and backgrounds together (including the indomitable Jane Fonda) for a roundtable discussion with one of my heroes, Tim Snyder.
This won’t be popular, but if professional athletes would go on strike, it might help wake America up. They don’t listen to any group more than they listen to professional athletes.
I mentioned this in January and got a lot of hate for it.

ABC News has cut ties with its senior national correspondent Terry Moran after he posted that Stephen Miller is a “world-class hater” who “eats his hate.”
Kudos to Moran for having the courage to speak the truth — and screw ABC News for not standing behind him and backing his right to free speech.
Terry Moran worked at ABC for 28 years. Now, for calling Stephen Miller “hateful,” (which he 💯 is per his own family), ABC fired him to appease an authoritarian hypocrite who ran on “free speech.” This will have a chilling effect on all journalists. Fourth Estate fails. Authoritarianism advances.
The “states’ rights,” “don’t tread on me,” “fight tyranny” crowd is now cheering on authoritarian power grabs—from a guy who can’t even walk up a flight of stairs.
