Got to see some of his work on our trip to Paris earlier this year. Excellent.

Abbott is power hungry and anti American.

A blue plate holds a chicken and chorizo dish in a Paris cafe. It is served on roasted potatoes with a spicy chorizo cream sauce. Topped with parsley and sliced green onions. There is a glass of wine and a candle just behind the plate. It was an exquisite meal.

For this week's Blue Sky Art show, some of the best food I've ever had. A chicken and chorizo dish at Charivari in Paris. Paired very well with an excellent Bordeaux.

Inside a storage building in the Napa valley wine region of California, dozens of barrels of wine age peacefully until ready to be bottled. The oak barrels are colorful and the wine inside of them will be wonderful.
