Thank you! Ok, I will :)
I have some research on diary keeping among travellers on ocean liners between Vancouver and Oceania mid 1800s to early 1900s. Way out of the time period but maybe it would fit?
Honoured to see my review essay on Ulbe Bosma's book, The World of Sugar, published in Agricultural History.
Bosma's book is a much needed update to Mintz's class, Sweetness and Power, even expanding it in some respects.
