even if they do, i think i want foss stuff for all my tools. I don't think ableton is randomly going to explode their own software in the same way, but adobe suddenly trying to kill animate for no reason has me Ideologically Inclined to only be using and promoting foss for my work and teaching

the only thing that'll actually be a pain for me is converting from ableton to ardour but I'll do it, atp i think it is genuinely very important to take much more deliberate control over the tools and devices you use. I'm willing to spend some time relearning and reworking my processess for this
