I use models and solver for my decision making, so all my moves will be ones that have high EV according to the projections. That makes it easier for me to be content with them no matter what the outcome is.
I can get frustrated too if it’s really bad, but then I just log off for a bit:)

Using solvers helped a lot with this for me, because now I know that the ev backs up whatever I am doing. There are still lots of decisions I get wrong in hindsight, but I just try to focus on what I can learn from them. And if I do get really frustrated I just focus on other good things in my life

I played full time for about 5 years, and semi professionally for many more. Don’t play much these days though.
Playing FPL more analytically helped me better deal with the swings, but I can still get pretty annoyed at times😅
