I actually prefer #Running on days like today. It's quiet, everyone is hiding indoors, and the conditions force me to slow down to an easy pace.

Veganism is primarily about ending animal abuse. The health and environmental benefits are secondary, and I think you'll be hard-pressed to find any vegans advocating for population expansion.
