I am always drawing this little seal guy from TTRPG campaign I am in. All my art is of the seal guy.

An error message has appeared reading: “Error: Brain has stopped responding. Please close the program immediately, otherwise further functions may become limited”. The only button to click out of the error window is labeled “Lay perfectly still”.

I dislike the characterization of the brain as a computer (it is not one) but sometimes (especially times like rn when I am moving house) I feel like ADHD is like. Dropdown menu brain. (Menus cannot be closed)

On April 9, the Emily Dickinson Museum received notice that a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal agency, had been terminated the preceding day. In 2023, the Museum was awarded a grant of $117,000 by IMLS to digitize records related to its newly catalogued collection and to locate related information in other repositories with Dickinson family materials. The notice states, “IMLS has determined that your grant is unfortunately no longer consistent with the agency’s priorities and no longer serves the interest of the United States and the IMLS Program.” Our work to amplify Emily Dickinson’s revolutionary poetic voice – by opening her family homes to visitors, by interpretive and educational use of her family’s material legacy, by holding up her enduring poetry – continues with support from the Museum’s friends and our unending gratitude.

A comic depicting Aymeric de Borel, post-Dawntrail, working at his desk. He hears a knock on his office door, and, expecting his assistant Lucia, monologues for a bit about how Gridania wants full access to inventory information for what the Garleans have recovered from the ruins of their capital. He expresses sympathy with the Garlean desire to keep this information out of Kan-e-Senna's hands. Throughout, he is paying attention to documents on his desk, and not to who has come into his office. Eventually, as he finishes his thought and asks "What do you think?", he sees across from him the hands of the person who has entered - they have sat down across from him, and, pulling one of their gloves off, reveal their bare hand (the whole image is a sketch so this is not clear to the visual observer, but if it was done, this would be where it would become clear that it is the Warrior of Light, because the hand revealed would have dusky blue skin). Then, as Aymeric trails off, we see the Warrior of Light - a Miqo'te woman wearing thick cloth armor and a short should-cape, with a high ponytail and sporting a white tattoo that covers most of her face. She is blind in one eye. She leans on the table and affects an amiable, but slightly sheepish expression, and says, laughing, "Well, you know me. I'm in favor of anything that pisses off that old snake." We then see Aymeric stand up and exclaim, joyfully, "Clarion!", to which she responds, "Aymeric!" while throwing her arms wide. The final image is a full-body shot of the two hugging closely. Aymeric says, "My goodness, old friend, what a lovely surprise you are!" and Clarion says, "I missed you, too!"
