Yes you can add a video to a Reddit post. Sounds like a good idea! I agree that showing often can be more effective than telling. Sorry to hear the Lichess app is broken! I hope things change and that you'll be playing those 2am matches very soon. :)
For example I saw in this thread where someone complained about a player who was stalling, and chess.com staff replied to it and said they now had given the player a warning: www.reddit.com/r/Chesscom/s...
So there is a chance they might see it, (especially if the thread gets many upvotes I guess).
I think Chess.com staff are on Reddit so maybe making a thread there could be a way of bringing attention to this issue. I'm sure a lot of people would support you. Let me know if you decide to make a post there so I can upvote it and leave a comment!
I'm very sorry to hear that. That really sucks. I hope they change things, though I understand that your hopes for that are low at this point. I read on forums and on Reddit that Lichess.org might be better for screen readers etc., but I'm sure you've already tried that.
