I’m so happy I didn’t cancel my trip to Japan (thought about it!) and feel SO lucky to get to see these snow monkeys in the wild in the mountain hot springs of Nagano. This is one of those experiences you remember forever—and I get to spend another day with them today 🤩

I know this is cheesy, but I’m going to say it anyway: Don’t forget to show up for yourself. For awhile I stopped doing my long weekend runs and I’ve been back at it for several weeks and it makes all the difference. Whatever your thing is, don’t stop doing it!

Spent the last month in North Carolina’s Outer Banks - so great during the off-season! Caught the sunrise last week at the beloved “Black Pearl” ocean-on house in Rodanthe … and found a perfect shell to match. ;)
