I think the sign for me that Resident Evil: Requiem succeeded in the dual genre gameplay mix is going from basically playing Left 4 Dead as Leon to seeing two zombies on stairs as Grace and wondering "How am I gonna get past this"
If you, like me, watched Superman and fell in love with the character and what he stands for all over again, I highly recommend “Superman Smashes The Klan” by Gene Luen Yang. It’s a standalone comic, but it’s absolutely incredible and gave me some of the same feelings I had watching the movie!

If Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 keeps up how it’s been for the start, I think this might comfortably be my game of the year. Also I would pay money (maybe) to work with the environment artists of this game. Absolutely incredible
