You know what? The first season of Full House was actually pretty darn good, mostly thanks to these two and Jodie Sweeten.

ABC but only because NBC & FOX need the network money more than Disney does and CBS isn’t anywhere near that.
A sign of how awful NBC was doing in the late 70’s: its Friday night and instead of showing new episodes of two network sitcoms all 4 NBC affiliates in this TV Guide are showing other shows, two airing cheap syndicated documentaries instead of “The Waverly Wonders” & “Who’s Watching the Kids?”

11430. The Pitt “3:00 PM” - Wondering when Pittsburgh’s furry convention would come up. The direction in this ep, with the focus shifts, and use of closeups is particularly good in this ep. “Better off in Haiti?” naw dog. Man this was solidly, quietly, great. (A)
Any guess who the producer of this slow was?
Hint: it’s not Quentin Tarantino.
Yeah I’ve found that things like this, that reference those old stories don’t hit with my kids either because they don’t know the original stories being parodied.

11429. Mad Men “Babylon” - They really aren’t subtle with the in the closet character are they? Weirdly this was hard to watch as I find lipstick gross & there’s a lot of closeups of it in this ep. I don’t buy all the infidelity, like the smoking it feels a bit forced. (B)
