It's almost like my mom was never sick or that up to like 3 or so weeks ago she was barely able to walk. She's back with a fire! I want to thank every single one of you that have reached out to me over that past two months checking in, seeing how I was holding up. You know who you are <3

ok so apparently the flu went hard through the rehab place my mom is at and she got hit, we're pushing for wednesday discharge since her specialized bed we ordered for her won't be delivered until then as well as also having the place painted tomorrow, so it will work out. did LOTS of cleaning x.x

After 1.5 months of hospitalization and rehabilitation, my mom is coming home on monday! I'm having so many emotions right now, this has been an absolutely nutso experience for my family and I.....having come so close to losing her in the beginning, had EMS not showed up more than 5 minutes...

Man, I feel like January didn't exist at all. I was so stuck in my own head what with everything my mom was going through and tremendous amounts of work stress.... And now just found out my cousin who's been a big positive part of my family was diagnosed with advanced stage skin cancer on his arm...

So many cans of spam you can crush with those thighs haha.... *loosens collar awkwardly*

a very positive update on my mom, she was discharged from the hospital a few days ago and is currently in a rehab place for the next week or two. they have had her on her feet, wibbly wobbly as they are but still! Home stretch baby! what a god damn month it's been. I miss my mom so damn much

you really can't go wrong no, but I'm certainly eyeing the newest 4th gen tandom oled, or the 4th gen qd-oled that uses vertical rgb stripe sub pixels to really help with clarity of text and such. If i'm going to be dumping 6-700+ into a monitor, I'm going to be nit picky as fuck lol

I'm right there with ya, the good thing about new generation panels coming out is it should drop cost on prior ones but the geek nut in me doesn't want to settle for last Gen. Ohhh the curse!

I'm not really doing all that great...mom had to be moved back to intermediate care due to more breathing trouble. scans are showing possible markers for congestive heart failure, more tests imminent. She was starting to do so well...and on top of that my car was clipped in the parking lot x.x

On a huge positive note, my mom is off the ventilator and fentanyl as of last night and moved into the little iCU (intermediate). She's awake and sorta talking, trying to at least. The amount of relief we are feeling. Not out of the woods yet and a Really long road to recovery awaits, But big hurdle
