Ken Paxton, Steve Miller, and Pam Bondi are my top draft picks for the "Even Satan Doesn't Want Them" team.

He's vile, but also, so obviously jealous

Mayor Mamdani is well liked in his city, is starting to effect change, and (what kills Tuberville) has the respect and affection of Trump.

Tuberman is an impotent member of a Congressional delegation that has surrendered its authority to Trump.

When those guys get draft notices, they'll change their minds quickly.

At $1 Billion per day.

Yeah. I don't know that it's a "sex thing." I do know that I've seen this in friends' abusive relationships where the guy decides to buy clothing, accessories, whatever without anything input from the partner.... and the abused partner feels obligated to wear it no matter how humiliating.

it took just over a year to get from "I'll lower costs on day one" to "I'm raising prices and it's good, actually"

I presume you previously trained this skill?

This means an extra large pizza for both of you to share tonight!

Good job both of you! πŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

To be sure, Florsheim is fine for the average office worker. But the ultra rich?

Makes me laugh every time I think about it.

I know. I had male roommates in college, and I'd go with them to get their first interview suit at Men's Wearhouse and shoes at the Florsheim store at the mall- good enough but still affordable

When I saw his cabinet of RICH men (Lutnick, Bessent, really?) were wearing Florsheim, I just laughed.

In a scene from Starfleet Academy, we see some of our cadets helping out on the bridge. In the background, Nahla Ake can be seen in the Captain's chair. To the far right, Jett Reno sits at (my best guess) the helm. In the foreground, also sitting at bridge stations, we see SAM on the left and Genesis on the right. Both are wearing black civilian clothing. They are both looking at the space between them where Grover (of Sesame Street) is standing looking absolutely ecstatic as he holds a rolled up piece of paper. He is wearing a black graduation gown with cap.

So shameful.

He's "dancing" while our active military forces are in harms way.

I just realized "a brown box." One.

You're supposed to rotate shoes to let them breathe, dry out, keep fungus from growing.

All these middle age and old *rich* men are wearing the same shoes daily.

Although in fairness, I think Marco's shoes breathe as he wears them.

11.03.2026 23:05 πŸ‘ 8 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

Right? It's not like these are expensive shoes or particularly hard to locate.

(There used to be Florsheim shops in most shopping malls, but those have given way to their shoes stocked online, at Amazon, in other shoe stores.)

HEY!!!!!!

That's not funny.

Well, it would be funny if he bought them Docs in the wrong sizes and then they had to go through a break-in period that never ended #neverendingblisters

Yeah, they're telling "police," not scrambling jets.

What? Are we all supposed to run into our tornado/storm cellars?

Oh wait...

I do wonder if you're right. Iran has to know that Trump has huge opposition on the West Coast.

If you want to end a war, you don't attack your (singular) enemy's opposition, but rather where he gathers his strength.

Or... lol, some preppers are starting to wonder if we're at that time when we should just hide underground

There's a group I follow because smart food storage is a main topic of conversation (as opposed to guns) and they're getting very anxious if this is what they've been planning for?

Tonight, in MTG's replacement election in Georgia, Shawn Harris, a democrat, garnered the most votes. Heading to a runoff election against Clay Fuller, a Republican. This is going to be a fascinating and nail biting election.
