I know I should have had a "break glass" account setup. It was on my TODO list. I thought I was okay with 3 recovery options registered.
Regardless, a $100/month support plan with SLA of 4 hours shouldn't take 2 weeks and counting to get a response, you know?

In my defense, search "ms authenticator screen lock loop". Nothing fixes except restoring from backup. Restoring doesn't restore MFA codes. Can't use registered passkey anywhere. TOTP codes are incorrect number of digits. Recovery email can't recover MFA. No recovery options actually recover.

Well, this is frustrating and embarrassing. I'm the only admin in a new Azure tenant I set up, and my Microsoft Authenticator bugged out again, forcing a recovery from backup. Still can't receive codes, and all three alternate login methods fail.
Can't get through to MS Support.
Any advice?
