That also assumes you're *restoring* mana by doing attacks, rather than outright generating it. If you *are* generating it, then maybe like "Mana Buildup" (I'm thinking in terms of fighting game logic where it's basically that but it's Super Meter instead of mana)?

I think it depends on if you're converting the life force of the enemy into mana, or if it's a separate thing.
For the latter I'd want to say like "Mana Recovery/Rengeneration/Restoration" (I'm preferential to Recovery), unless there's a separate effect that lets you passively restore mana over time
