Information request! The late Tim Cook wrote of Hong Kong '41 in "The Necessary War," discussing a "Bud Dicks," but I can't find any additional information. The Hong Kong Veterans Commemorative Association has a bio on a "Charles Dicks," but it's not clear if it's the same person. Help, please?
