They do! Just like humans, they have a skeletal structure that has a femur, knee joint, kneecap, tibia and a fibula. You can see the knee joint and knee cap below in an x-ray of an Emperor Penguin. Their knees are tucked up into their body and are covered by dense feathers. π§π
