Got tired of the hold music and went straight to head office to personally report this shit.

Driving behind this the other day, felt at peace. Like, there's still some leeway in the universe for random dumb stuff to be happening, and sometimes it's actually still fine. I can only assume they later turned a corner at high speed and died of asbestos-something-something.
