Today I learned that medical procedures involving the penis get better insurance reimbursement rates than procedures involving the vulva and vagina. Just think of the ripple effects of that in all of healthcare....

1. The world is ever on fire, this is today's conflagration;

Well, I did it about 15 years ago. It's been growing ever since. Kinda hard to know when the tipping point was to it going mainstream in western society (if we are event there yet).

Puerto Vallarta is great. We were in a really gay part of town, and a lot of the art (and advertisements) reflected that. Oddly hot and humid in early October.
