Today I learned that medical procedures involving the penis get better insurance reimbursement rates than procedures involving the vulva and vagina. Just think of the ripple effects of that in all of healthcare....

Puerto Vallarta is great. We were in a really gay part of town, and a lot of the art (and advertisements) reflected that. Oddly hot and humid in early October.
