1. Getting up too early
One of the things which I changed in my life is my schedule. I used to go to bed after dawn on most days. I liked the quiet time of the night. But then, I'd wake up around noon and felt like the entire day had gone by...

I've recently deleted everything off of Apple Podcasts. Keep in mind - I've used this app for years on a daily basis. It used to be reliably on my home screen - the first one, mind - at the bottom so I could reach it as quick as can be. But, no longer...
Setting up your own AudioBookShelf server is a wonderful way to get off of major platforms for podcasting as well as Audio Books. I've been populating mine and I love it
even more than Apple. Another great thing about doing all of this is it makes me weed out stuff I haven't used/wanted for years.

Changing my email is a pain

There are many ways to remember Jesse Jackson: some very good, and some very bad - which he apologized for later and appeared to have reformed and changed. I met him personally and took his picture a number of times. I'll say this: The world is less interesting without him, and probably worse.
This is not standing up for anything. This is just curling up in a corner and not wanting to play. Anderson Cooper has a huge reach. He should not just quit - he should shout at the cameras why he is doing it. This "quiet resistance" is utterly insulting. Rage against them.
