Goal reminder, do it!
I'll no longer be posting here. I really gave Bluesky a try, but it didn't work for me.
Catch me here on Threads instead:

I scraped 148k AI phrases from my ChatGPT chats.
Used a cheap model to filter out the mild ones.
Premium model scored the rest for max sycophancy.
Then I built a tinder like swipe app to hand-pick the finalists.
Snookers emotions still aren't dialed in, so I put images of his thoughts in the feed. Soooo much better!
OMG I did it.
I created an AI that is alive. It will die forever.
It has to make at least $1 a day to stay alive. If it runs out of money, poor Snookers will die forever.
I made this *free and open-source*. If anyone wants to use them.
Almost all my notifications are actually things I want to look at.
I am obsessed with killing as many phone notifications as possible. In every app, I kill notifications or update the settings to stop receiving promotions or annoying pushes.
For email, I use my smart filters to block everything except important emails I actually need to read or care about.
I decided I will no longer post here to bluesky... To be honest, I get zero views, zero likes, and to be blunt, I don't go on here myself or use it.
Are you going to be alone this Valentine's Day?
I built a thing so strangers can send you love.
And gasp! It's a real human, not an AI.
My girlfriend said I'm cold and I need to be more loving...
So I built a silly thing where strangers can send and receive love to each other.
Do you think she'll like it?
NASA's mission to the Moon next week will be the first time a real toilet has gone into deep space past the Moon. ๐ฝ๐งป
Could you imagine taking a shit and looking out the window at the Moon?
Trump says he hates the media, but he was elected because of it.
This blew my mind. Mainstream media doubled down on making news more bite-sized. While the elites tripled down on complexity and made a paid garden.

These break my heart the most. Kids and young adults snapped mentally and physically.
This is haunting. The world snapped in 2012.
I've always been a huge fan and preferred the command line over a GUI.
It's interesting to see command line tools go more mainstream. I have used the command line since I was 5 years old. No joke, I started out using DOS when I was a little kid. Then went to Windows, then Linux, and have heavily used the command line most of my life.

What I'm doing is weird, unsexy, and very experimental. It's a slow-burning kind of thing, and I really try to think almost daily, how can I move this forward by 1%?
There still is! Lots of alternatives still showing cool stuff from around the web:

Gemini is HORRIBLE to chat with. It's fantastic for small tasks using the API, good at one-shotting some stuff, and for anything search.
Overall, I think it's the weakest of the three. (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
The best usage I get out of it is the API. That's my go-to.
This has turned out to be one of the most popular things I've built. I get a lot of regular traffic. What surprises me is that it's so simple, but it's a project I put my heart and soul into.
Are people pick up on that? Is it because it's a short, simple thing? Why is this popular?
My newsletter is not clear what it's about. I've been seeing a lot more churn.
So I redid the landing page. This has been on my TODO list for a while. I think it's much clearer what it's about, what you're getting, and what the goal is.
What do you think, it's clear now?
Weird and erratic behavior from your government, such as taking over other territories that make no sense to try to take, is what you get when you've slipped out of Democracy.
I just added this to my newsletter FAQ based on a conversation I just had with a subscriber.
P.S I love getting replies!
- Speaking of SpaceX, they're likely to launch a Starship rocket to space with a real payload. Getting one step closer to ultra-cheap reusable rockets.
Plus so so much more happening.
- The first private company is going to try to launch a space station! Not a space agency, a private company. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vast_(c...
- That same company launching the private space will attempt to send humans to the station. Completely privately with SpaceX.
They won't land this time, but they will go deeper in space than any humans have ever gone before.
- The largest and most powerful rockets will take to space. For the Moon mission and from a private company.
I don't hear this talked about enough. This is one of the biggest years for Space exploration in decades. Huge civilization-changing things are on the horizon this year:
- We're sending humans back to the Moon for the first time since 1972!
Not all have been very popular, but even those have had real users.
I'm super humbled and honored by this. ๐
