We have put out some new NDC snapshots. Check them out: www.climate-resource.com/tools/ndcs?v.... The latest is the Chinese NDC that sets an emissions reduction of 7–10% below the peak by 2035, moving from a carbon intensity goal to an absolute target. This enhances transparency and accountability.
It finds that if current and announced commitments are fully delivered, warming could be limited to ~1.8–1.9 °C. The key: implementation, stronger 2035 targets & climate finance.
