Interesting perspective
Not really complaining though, its often a good laugh.
For me, the bots seem to be magnetically drawn towards random posts that have absolutely nothing to do with politics. Sometimes I'll mention Harris or whatever in a comment and expect it to be swarmed, but nothing. But then I'll mention grindcore and they spawn in randomly. Weird stuff.
I've been using blocklists pretty consistently, but there always seem to be new accounts
Hardly a novel observation, but:
Me: they should invent melodic death metal
Random dem bot: I bet you secretly love Trump
Every time a niche music shitpost vaguely breaks containment I'm befuddled and dumbfounded. What machinations inform the social media behavior of Discover tab inhabitants? If there is indeed a pattern, I'm stumped.
I have been rejected many times and yet I persist
What?
A lot of bands or labels will hire an idependent music PR firm for marketing and media communication.
So is "teleport" probably.
I'll name my music PR firm it "Don't Look Behind You" just to throw people off the scent
The unsubscribe button won't work, sorry
If I ran a music PR firm, I would only send emails with the subject line "Look Behind You!"
And then I would teleport behind the recipient and simply not leave until they have listened to the album I have been paid to promote. I think that would be very effective and shake up the industry a bit.
Yes indeed!
It sure fuckin feels like it, I can tell you that much
"Was this made exclusively for me? y/n"
Got promo for "eel-themed blackened doom" and I only have one question:
This rips and you can pick it up TODAY for the low price of Name Your Own Price.
Don't tell the "angular riff" haters about pointy guitar metal
Reminder this Bandcamp Friday that I have four albums available, ranging from noise drone to dark ambient.
They are FREE, but a donate link is on each page if you would like to support me and the work I do for charities! πΉπΆ

People are saying that "Culte du Sang" is a certified subwoofer-rattler. People are saying that every untethered item in my office, specifically, is engaged in joyous vibration.
You can do that here:

Its Uncle Abe (plural!)
I hear people are saying that the Sylvia Rose debut release called SΓ©ance is a singularly immersive and genre-blending listen. People are saying it is harrowing and mournful and uncanny, but also grand.
From what people are saying, I can only draw the conclusion that you should buy this album ASAP.
Oh wow, I missed bosse-de-nage on my list somehow
Screenshot of a Bluesky post originally reading What NEW MUSIC are you enjoying (or planning to enjoy?) on this fine NEW MUSIC Friday? Words have been crossed out with redline and handwritten text has been added so that the image reads What COOL MUSIC are you purchasing (or planning to purchase) on this fine BANDCAMP Friday?
