Statistically unpopular opinion: the second book was so much better than the first. What are your reading recommendations for 2025?

I got hired at my school with the goal of building a studio where students could do video, music and podcasts. It was great. But things fell apart over time, and I gave it less attention. Today, I'm in here with four kiddos recording a podcast, and it's everything my soul needed to wrap this year.

No, it looks like the poll is live and available for as long as people have access to the presentation. So it could be used asynchronously too. I tried one out, and it was pretty intuitive. Polls and quizzes live under elements.

At the moment of the post, I was learning about Canva's accessibility features that I didn't realize existed (but really matter.) I also hadn't explored the polling option yet, and I'm really excited to play with that!

Update: the battle is getting heated. Are they colleagues, true rivals, or siblings? #vste24

We are two minutes in to this tech titan battle between Canva and Book Creator at #vste24 and I already learned something new. @phausedu.com and @katiefielding.com are going to force a hard choice.

I'm definitely jumping into the one today!

I set up my Twitter account in Roanoke during #vste17 so this feels like the right weekend to start with Bluesky during #vste24. I am excited to learn along with you on this platform!
