Has anyone seem the H is for Hawk film? Is it worth an epic trip (for me with #ME) to see it? I loved the book so I could read it again instead!

Making the bed is super spoon intensive. It rarely happens in this house maybe monthly and I do it in two stages, duvet then pillows and bottom sheet. I dont do both on the same day. The struggle is very real.

Kidney stones are ouchy! I think you can avoid hosp if it's not too big and you can make dietary changes, but I dont really know what I am talking about.

I am ok, but stuck in bed after my long covid got much worse after christmas.

If you're doomscrolling, guess what? So far there are 51 kākāpō chicks hatched and thriving this season, the same number of birds as we had in TOTAL in the 90s! Only one chick has died and there are still fertile eggs waiting to hatch!
