Anosmia affects millions worldwide, yet it often goes unnoticed & undiagnosed. One cause is nasal polyps which are soft, noncancerous growths in the sinuses that can block airflow & interfere with smell & taste. Many think it’s just congestion when it may be a treatable inflammatory condition.
