Israeli intentions to move Palestinians to Egypt are known since the Abraham accords signing back in Sep.2020.
My own view is:
Alsisi evacuated North Sinai in 2021 to rent it to the UAE
The UAE then would be free to bring the Palestinians into Sinai on behalf of the USA/Israel.
We wait and see.
