Don’t mess with current tax relief/TFCLS. If government wishes to provide additional tax relief/incentive to invest fund in UK assets (with legislation to do so and increased PPF support) then fine. For example schemes have choice - 10% in UK productive assets, 100% PPF cover, 10% div tax credit.
