Ah, I completely agree

I honestly dont like that aspect of DnD.

I honestly think alignment is misunderstood, played with people that took it as "my character acts x way because of y alignment" but I think it should be "my alignment is x because my character acts y way"

Your actions determine your alignment, seems very limiting to play the other way around.

I do wonder if people would be interested in this sort of thing, I just don't want to give unsolicited advice but rather have a platform to attract people that do want it.

This was in regards to coding, which sure you can use AI for generating code with some level of context, but that will never have 100% plug and play reliability.

I was just thrown out for a loop when a developer gave that as a serious answer, someone who is an experienced professional.

End Rant

I was recently asked about AI in videogames and I mentioned that AI is not quite there yet, it is overhyped on purpose to make it seem more valuable than it is.

Another person answered that AI will replace us in 3-5 years.

The question was "What would you tell an aspiring developer?"

Like why?
