My favorite lifestyle photo hack: While the team sets up the pop cans and the model is locked onto the DP for direction. Have a second cam shooting BTS. Most of my lifestyle photos for brands were shot this way.

I feel you. 4 kids and moved my mom (multiple myeloma) into the house. It’s a mad house but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Hang in there. Sending virtual hugs to you and yours.

In our culture we celebrate the transition into adulthood at 15. A quinceañera; usually adorned in a lavish princess dress (you can see my previous post). My daughter went the other direction. Classy and rustic. She’s a rebel and I’m here for it.

On scars: I had a client last year that requested I not remove her scars. She said removing them wouldn’t represent who she really is and there’s nothing to be ashamed of. I agreed wholeheartedly and obliged. This was my favorite wedding of 24.
