I see what you mean - I don’t mean to argue against gradual personal shifts and improvements in animal welfare. Those are important and part of the change we need. I’m arguing against the continuous chasing of those half-measures in hopes of finding moral alignment. We only find that when vegan.
There’s no point in searching for the “right” way to do the wrong thing. It doesn’t exist. You can feed your victims only grass and keep them in barns rather than cages - and still, you’ll end up needlessly planting a knife into their necks. Choose compassion over killing and live vegan 🌱
