Keep showing up, progress is better than perfection, you can do this, the world is better with you in it, you're smashing it, you did really well today, it's okay if things take time, mistakes are how we learn, you are allowed to rest, you are allowed to take time for you, no is a full sentence.
The answer is to give it up, but we live on a different continent to our at home friends and family. This is a way to keep up with everyone and keep people updated with our stuff, without spamming people with photos and texts daily.
First world problems, sure.
My biggest issue with SM right now is just how much stuff is on my timeline that I did not ask for.
On Facebook (worst offender) I see one post per 20 (probably) from a group I actually am in, or an actual friend of mine, vs. the other 19 videos or ads that I don't want to see.
It's exhausting.
