Maybe should have the AI undertake an updated training session with all employees saving you even more time while it remains effective for the team
3. Claude asks you few questions to get more context
4. You answer
5. Then it updates the SOP with new and updated sections tackling this new customer scenario
Saves you time, makes your team more effective immediately
Updating SOPs with @AnthropicAI Claude projects is as easy as:
1. Uploading the existing SOP to Claud knowledge context
2. Taking the transcript of a bad customer call between employee and customer and prompting it to figure out takeaways and add to SOP

Only thinking like an agent in 2025 and beyond
Along with being an idea guy you need to be a distribution guy too
You can build a product with AI coding but you need to be able to sell it through good distribution
Every PM is now a prompt manager
At this point I donβt even know what's going on in my code, but all I know is that it's working
Story of every AI coder
Cursor has become much better with the new agent feature.
It's able to find the right files, go to the right part of the code in those files, debug and fix linter errors, identify dependencies
Reduces a lot of the time spent debugging that was a big problem earlier @cursor_ai
Artifacts in Claude should allow the user to manually edit the doc, just like in ChatGPT Canvas.
I prefer claude sonnet to ChatGPT 4o and would love to use that more for feedback on my writing
I am really ok with India and Indians not being main characters globally on this hellsite anymore
need a distraction and a new set of things to hate on in the new year
that time of year again. have been doing this since the last 4 years and it's a perfect way to bookend the year
reply or DM if you want my annual review template
Got the number of an ice guy whoβll deliver 30-40kg of ice at home.
Now Iβm going to be an insufferable cold plunge bro. Sorry in advance.
Now that we have intelligence on tap what can be our differentiating features?
I think energy and agency are going to be extremely important.
Getting things done, being resilient, persevering, managing our motivation are going to be key skills.
still can't believe this is my github contribution chart for 2024
more to come in 2025!
support your local Starbucks. it's the least we can do in their time of need

β¨ Introducing a new series on @theDiscourseHQ called The Dispatch.
A series where I cover interesting things in the world of tech, AI, and product along with my experience with those tools and tech, and what can you learn from it.
Link to the 1st edition is in the next post:
I donβt get it when people go to the sauna for just 3 to 5 minutes.
Most of the benefits accrue at the 15 to 20 minute mark
Why would you just waste your time and sticking around for just three minutes?
After seeing this app, I can't get the song "Careless Whisper" out of my head. Someone help!
yeah! but this is for a small business and I thought to just create it myself
how do you make @shadcn sites not look like shadcn sites?
what are the best customization options?
Needed a tool to analyze calls of salespeople using AI.
Decided to build it myself where:
- it takes the recording of the call
- transcribes it with whisper
- analyzes the transcription and gives recommendations
- gives likelihood of conversion
built with @v0 and @cursor_ai
winter in bombay is well and truly here
time to remove the hoodies and warm clothing
love this time of year
you can always disclose in this email that you have Bccd this mailing group
I've seen so many sensitive and confidential replies accidentally broadcasted to the entire group because of replying all
I am like paranoid level careful of not replying all
Life pro tip:
if you're sending an email to a large mailing list, add that mailing list to Bcc to prevent people from accidentally replying all and broadcasting their reply
works for alumni email mailing groups and even company ones
It's interesting that Sora went product-first as its launch
And this product was way more polished than what the original ChatGPT was.
This goes to show that product and consumer experience is as important if not more than the underlying model.
I am curious to see whether the product builder (PM, product marketer, designer, etc) can contribute to the core product with PRs with AI-generated code, without messing up the rest of the codebase
this kind of hybrid role will be perfect for startups

This approach can help build waitlists, funnel users to the main app that is monetized
create multiple different apps with its own monetization potential
If apps are the new content, then product builders are the new marketers.
those who have skills in AI coding, product management, product marketing will be able to create these apps independently of engineering teams
