No problem! I lasted about a week before I said “fuck this.” I had to get back to my obligations and couldn’t be stuck in bed any longer. I hope you’re able to feel better!

If you’re like me and are having a bad experience, I went even further and halved the 2.5mg and went from there taking it daily to then every other day, to then every three days and then to nothing over a course of a few weeks. I know it sounds like a pain but I’m not dying

I initially stopped at 10 mg and had to start taking lexapro again and do a very slow tapper over two months or so. My symptoms on the lower dose taper is NOTHING compared to when I went off at 10 mg. I personally recommend going back on like 5 mg if you have to and then eventually cut that to 2.5mg

I think it’s been a month now and I still feel a little weird at times. Mostly nausea and sometimes weird brain feeling that I can’t fully explain. I’m still functional, able to work and all that but still feeling slightly odd at times. Did you do a slow taper?
