Our collaborators showed that passive transfer of anti-MuSK CRD antibodies in mice induced hallmark features of #myastheniagravis (MG), providing the 1st evidence of the MuSK CRD domain’s involvement in MG pathogenesis and advancing our understanding of its underlying pathophysiological mechanisms.

As part of our team in @neuromagendie.bsky.social – INSERM U1215 and the Bioprot Platform in @neurobordeaux.bsky.social , we designed and carried out the purification of the MuSK CRD peptide, a key step that enabled the successful production of rabbit anti-MuSK CRD antibodies.

JCI - MuSK cysteine-rich domain antibodies are pathogenic in a mouse model of autoimmune myasthenia gravis

I'm thrilled to share our contribution in a collaborative work with Laure Strochlic β€˜s team, that is now published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation!

PhosX: data-driven kinase activity inference from phosphoproteomics experiments AbstractSummary. The inference of kinase activity from phosphoproteomics data can point to causal mechanisms driving signalling processes and potential dru

Kinases play a role in many diseases, making them prime targets for therapeutic intervention.

Enter PhosX, a new tool transforming the way researchers analyse and interpret kinase activity.

Cool paper (and great resource). I’m especially keen the disconnect between mRNA and protein levels in adult tissues! Pay attention #devbiol, it’ll be the same in embryonic tissues.
