We are looking for people who are:
Passionate about the MEMRN ‘vibe’
MEMRN’s unique communication style and the playful and welcoming atmosphere we create at our events are an essential part of our organisational identity. Often lacking in academic spaces, this relaxed feel is something we are committed to maintaining.
Willing to commit to regular attendance of the MEMRN monthly meetings
Able to deliver tasks with specified deadlines
We know that making deadlines isn’t always possible though, and we’re pretty flexible!
Excited about the prospect of working as part of a creative and collaborative team.
Running MEMRN is a team sport! We’d love to meet people who enjoy working in a relaxed team environment and who enjoy spit-balling creative ideas in a group.
Confident communicators both in person and via email
Ambitious with big ideas!
We have massive plans for the future of MEMRN! We want to help collapse boundaries between academic, heritage and public engagement spaces. If grand plans, wild dreams, advocacy for our discipline, and the thought of being involved in building something special appeals to you – you’re the right kind of person for us!
For full role descriptions, email us at chasememrn@gmail.com
We're looking for creative and enthusiastic people, who work well as part of a wider creative team.
