🌲🎅🏼Clouds & fog are the gifts that keep on giving this holiday season as we stay gray for Christmas Day as temps hover in the lower 30s today & through the night. We’ll climb to the upper 30s for Thursday with some patchy drizzle developing in the afternoon ... then around 40 with rain for Friday.
Peaceful & gray as we head into the Christmas holiday ... just keep an eye out for any slippery spots that develop from patchy areas of fog. Still aiming for warmer 40s & rain by Friday.

A mild Monday as extra clouds cruise through w/ a western breeze... patchy flurries/drizzle stay mainly focused across central/northern MN today. Once we refreeze this eve, we'll stay frozen through the week. A dash of light snow arrives Tue afternoon to supply slippery spots for Tue eve's commute.
Temps FALL today! Waking up to a fresh 1/2" of snow from the cold front that's sending us into the DEEP FREEZE for a couple of days. Going subzero for the 1st time this season tonight, then staying in the frigid single-digits with quiet sunshine tomorrow. Thawing again this weekend!

Waking up this Monday morning with a fresh skiff of light snow (around a quarter to half inch in the Metro), but the clouds are already breaking as we stay frozen through the afternoon! Another colder blast rolls in Wednesday afternoon …
Starting the week with some Monday morning clouds & patchy flurries as temps hover around the low 30s … but as the winds start to pick up, the sky clears to sun and the temps fall to the 20s (with chills in the teens!)
The WEEKEND! A seasonable Friday as we battle getting the clouds outta here in a timely fashion this afternoon … a pretty quiet Saturday … and then a mild Sunday with just a small shot at some spotty moisture squeezing out (especially North) into Sunday night and Monday morning … COLD next week!
