Interesting reflections on stopping projects and market failure
This resonates - I pushed to scrap a bespoke database / case recording system that wasn’t progressing as promised - lots of sunk £££.
We ended up working with a proprietary provider to expand their existing product which then benefitted other adoption support providers.
Tough but right call.
Thank you Jeni - and good shout - I like the CivTech programme in Scotland a lot - and it’s got a patience that other innovation programmes don’t - but really would like to see some impact data around how the startups develop from it - what about you?
