This weekend I have been mostly crying at the tv.

I ploughed through despite not liking the opening section at all and having given up Lessons by Ian McEwan which has a similar opening story. But was very much rewarded for sticking with it.
His autobiographies are very entertaining - a lot of his talent went into his life.
