So if it's not Abrahamic, what do you call the Christian/Jewish/Muslim cluster of religions? They are inter-related enough and branched off from earlier Judiasm, so that tends to lead to an umbrella term.

We probably haven't had a proper democracy in a long time, and equality never. We only got federal same sex marriage 10 years ago, and there's still restrictions based on state, and that's just one of a thousand other issues we deal with all the time.

If it's true, I love the idea I could connect or integrate with the ambient souls of the world. I wonder if that's Buddha's satori, or the Taoist oneness. It's a beautiful thought to me.
The idea that consciousness is an emergent force makes sense to me, though we lack evidence. It would be cool to think that younger me trying to commune with kodamas and other yokai or nature spirits may have been on to something.
I grew up with an animistic belief system, so this vibes with me. As an adult I still have to take an agnostic "I don't know" stance, though at least some more modern panpsychic ideas can work within a scientific world view.

So many of us knew he was bad news long before 2016, and now we have to deal with being targets of his regime for a second term. It's so messed up that he won back then, let alone this time around.
I was terrified of his first term and knew he was bad news long before then. It's really difficult the second time around. He's only the symptom of a systematic problem, though. Part of surviving this nightmare will involve a lot of work to implement systemic change.
We lack well funded mass transit over here. There's a really long explanation as to why, and the tl;dr is stupidity, corruption, capitalism, greed, etc.
And by none of us, I mean everyone in America. None of us are okay.
