3D model of a granite pillar

Trying to make an "artsy" model; this pillar will eventually be part of a pen stand.
I avoided looking at reference material and am just trying to make it look good based on my own creative decisions, if that makes sense.
I wonder how I'm doing...

Like, say, "make it using the least material possible" is a challenge I'd love to try to tackle, but "make it look fancy on a desk" is the kind of vague goal I wanna try undertaking here

Does anyone else hate the automatic gifs discord lets people reply with whenever someone enters a server
Like it feels so empty and just serves to clutter up notifications if you're trying to keep an eye on a server for updates

Wait why? Woolly world was surprisingly challenging, with extra hard bonus levels in the end.
Didn't really play crafted world so I can't speak much for it but

If you have strong opinions that someone else is *wrong* about what random Pokemon's designs are better than others... You're not very intelligent on that front

Yeah, Imo pokemon needs like a Zelda botw-scale makeover for wild battles that make them a lot deeper than false swipe>hypnosis>dusk ball.
As it is right now the only thing making them "challenging" is the fact that some pokemon just have a really low catch rate

Keep trying to tell everyone that the let's go wild pokemon battles, as simple as they are, are leagues better than the traditional ones

Now that I've been getting more access to "free" filament, I've taken to test printing out my more complicated models in all white. But like... if I could recycle them into my next one...

Very frustrating issue with my H2D where it seems to forget what Z level it's at and ripped up its first layer, but only on this specific print

Unfortunately if you pick it up it bends like all heck so I gotta redesign the handle oops
