It’s bad enough having to deal with lawsplaining from crappy lawyers, but then you get a journalist like 👇guy incorrectly lawsplaining the Emoluments clause with his whole chest.
So many videos are circulating of ICE agents acting with cruelty and aggression. Behavior that eerily mirrors the “domestic terrorism” they claim to oppose. No one is forcing them to act this way; it’s a choice.
If they suspend Habeas Corpus, it won't just be for "migrants" or "illegals" or "criminals." If they suspend Habeas Corpus it will be for you and me and whomever this regime decides is unfit, undesirable, and a threat or a problem. This is how it works. This is how it's always worked.
