In my current job, yes. It took almost 30 years of employment at lots of other places to get here but the last 10 years have been kinda mindblowing.

I haven't started dividing yet. Everything is < 5 years old and most are only 2 or 3 so they haven't gotten big enough to really need it. The day I announce that I've doubled my number of dahlias, Dr. Mrs. Hatrack is just going to shake her head at me. 🙃
