speaking of cool cheap effects: the shadow from the ceiling fan in Robo Recall is not a real shadow or even a light function or even a decal, it's a rotating translucent mesh

We took inspiration from one of our favorite games to create our #visualnovel

So each shoe was like double the polygons of their whole body, I ended up replacing the shoe with a more low poly version and its fixed....damn getting highly detailed with the shoes lol

As soon as I figure out the issue with Rosita's fingers pinching, the two kidnappers I so lazily textured are now having stretching issues with their shoes 🫠

I'll figure it out later, but at least the characters are (basically) done lol

Finished up all the level code, and added the ability to pick up dead enemies and use them as either weapons or just to throw out the bodies. no worries though the enemies wont be human when I get the model in. Its finally clean up time! 9 days left.
