I really don’t like the way WOB send these beautiful books out in plastic bags. The books get damaged so easily and there’s a recyclable cardboard alternative that protects them so much better.

I sometimes struggle to engage fully with the written element of these type of articles, probably tiredness and lack of concentration, however in this instance the combination of words and images pulled me as a reader right into your experiences, as much as I can hope to understand.
