Even if the court would clear them for their use of deadly force, it doesn't mean everything the agent did was 'by the book.' It most definitely was not and their refusal to admit that fact is what will anger people the most. The 'domestic terror attack' propaganda should never have happened.
Them, like all MAGA folks (it seems), are absolutely unwilling to admit that mistakes were made by what they perceive to be their team. An objective analysis of the agent's own cellphone video proves they made multiple errors during the encounter.
The message from the White House this morning is that, once again, it falls on ordinary American citizens to remain calm and professional when dealing with the heavily armed agents of the government because they are very emotional and might fly off into a murderous rage at the slightest insult.
