Albanese has now admitted that Australians were onboard the US nuclear sub that sank an Iranian vessel and left the crew to drown, in a violation of international law. This was always an inevitability of AUKUS. End AUKUS now.

Spain has shown courage and principle by stopping the US from using military bases in its country in the illegal Iran war. With US military spy planes already rotating through an Australian air base near Perth, Labor refuses to do the same as Spain.
A US nuclear submarine just sank an Iranian frigate off the coast of Sri Lanka, leaving the survivors to drown. I asked Wong if any of the 50 or more Australians stationed on US nuclear submarines in the Pacific were on this submarine.

I remember how the “shock and awe” of the US attack on Iraq ended in decades of broken cities, broken people and broken promises. Trump’s and Netanyahu’s bombs today can only produce more of this in Iran. Australia must reject this illegal attack.
Israel’s endless war continues with more bombing of Iran and the Iranian people. Whether Iran, Iraq, Palestine, Yemen or Lebanon the region has experienced repeated Israeli and western killings and invasions and it always pushes peace away. The world must act to end the killing, stop the bombing.
Yes true they say ethics but are already embedded in the Pentagon and throughout the US military. That’s the reality. But here they have shown at least drawn a line.
Anthropic says it has higher ethical standards but it was already embedded in the US military. We have to ask what are the ethical lines that the US under Trump is now demanding they cross? It is genuinely frightening.
So Anthropic, not known for its ethical boundaries, said no to automated killing and secret military mass surveillance, which was too much for Trump. Can we agree now that the US is not sharing our values and we should decouple from the mass surveillance automated killing team?
