I’m curious as to how he measured the 02 deficit to the brain.
Maybe he asked one of my kids old teachers who told them it was better to breathe through the nose , because the nose is closer to the brain , so your brain gets oxygen quicker !

I’m not sure I’ve ever gone more than a a couple of weeks without playing it in the last 45 years.
