Article in Cambridge Law Journal about escalating ground rents. Views must be tested in court (**leaseholders must still pay for now**) but terms may not be enforceable against consumers. Complex legal arguments, and fact specific application.

Does anyone from N Ireland know anything about how estate charges work on these estates? I assume, like in E&W, homeowners expected to pay. What is the legal mechanism used for this?
